I made this as a present for a friends baby and as a prototype too! Those of you who follow my blog know - I had a few technical issues with this and it nearly ended up in toy heaven!
Luckily I didn't give up and managed to fix it with a bit of hand stitching and its new owner loves it! I am planning on making some more of these, but will do a bit of redesigning first!

This is gorgeous. I tried to make a felty rainbow once but gave up when it went all wonky! Well done for sticking with it - it was worth it :o)
I love the rainbow plushie. So colourful, wonderful idea.
